Our meditation rings are based on the ancient Tibetan Prayer Wheel.  The practice of turning the prayer wheel helps restore balance, compassion, wisdom, and purify negative thoughts.  Based upon these same principles, the constant motion of spinning bands on your Meditation Ring, even for a few minutes, can restore a sense of calmness and inner peace.  This form of meditation can also increase self awareness, help you gain a new perspective to manage your stress and stop the pattern of negative thinking.  

Shipping & Returns

All orders will ship within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays!)

We ship for a flat fee of $15.  Local?  We encourage in-store pick up (because we love seeing your sweet face!)  And while we love traveling internationally, our goods stay domestic.  No international shipping.

Is it love?  Not always!  What are the next steps?

Call or email within 3 days of receiving the order to set up a return or exchange.

We take great care of our goods, and expect you to do the same!  Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in it's original condition with tags attached.

Please send all returns to Capsule 467 Highland Avenue, Augusta, GA 30909. Return shipping is the customer's expense. Once we receive your qualified return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment less the original shipping charges.  If you received free freight (gotta love a promo!), we will refund your card the full amount less $15 for outbound shipping.
